or Walter Harvey,
the Senior Pastor of Parklawn Assembly of God since 1993, has the personal
mission of proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom with creativity, clarity and
power. He can be heard daily on "Light for the World" radio broadcast. Pastor Harvey is the former producer/host of
Black Nouveau, an Emmy-award winning TV magazine broadcast on Milwaukee Public
Television. He has served on the board of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes
and as Chairman of the Board for City on a Hill. He has also served as Executive
Director of the City of Hope.
Pastor Harvey is also the founder of Parklawn Christian Leadership Academy (a church sponsored K4 - 8th grade school). He has ministered the Gospel around the World (including such countries as Japan, China, Columbia, Africa and Israel) and throughout the United States, including having been a past speaker for Promise Keepers Men's Conferences, Honor Bound and No Regrets Men's Conference. He is a Graduate of Marquette University (B. A. - Psychology and a Minor in Counseling) and an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. He is the devoted husband of Judy Harvey; and the proud father of one son, Nicholas and grandfather of Autumn Marie Harvey.
